The library switcher sits at the top of the sidebar. Click it to see every library you have access to (personal + every team library in every org you're in). Click one to switch context.
When someone creates a folder, moves a doc, or pins something in a team library, everyone else sees it. There's no per-user view: the structure is the structure.
A team library can be visible to the whole org, or scoped to a group (e.g. Marketing, Engineering). Members outside the group don't see the library in their switcher.
⌘K searches the library you're currently in. Switch to your personal library, search is your stuff. Switch to the team library, search is everyone's. No accidentally surfacing a private doc in a team search.
